A shochu made from 100% two-row barley produced in Kagoshima Prefecture, aged in white oak barrels, resulting in a natural amber color. The rich aroma and smooth texture unique to barrel aging make it perfect for on the rocks or with water.
Made only with sweet potatoes from Miyazaki Prefecture and sweet potato koji, this is a 100% sweet potato shochu. It features the natural sweet aroma of the sweet potato and a refreshing, elegant taste.
Due to the combination of all-potato shochu and aromatic yeast, when mixed with soda, it releases a fruity aroma reminiscent of apples, and when consumed on the rocks, it brings out a sweet scent similar to baked sweet potatoes derived from the all-potato shochu.
