For sake fans, the hot sake that will satisfy is Kuzuryu Junmai from Kurobune Sake Brewery in Fukui Prefecture. It is served at room temperature, hot, and cold.

We offer freshly grilled eel that is prepared after your order, available for takeout to enjoy at home or at work. Orders placed on-site will take about 20 minutes, but if you make a reservation in advance, we can prepare it at your desired time. Please feel free to contact us by phone. Our limited-time bento with rolled omelet features a rich, melt-in-your-mouth dashimaki egg made with Kobayashi Gold Eggs from Tokushima Prefecture, perfectly harmonizing with the fluffy and fragrant eel, making it a luxurious dish. Although it is indicated as seven parts, this unaju uses one eel cut into eight pieces, with six pieces served. (6/8 of the eel) Many first-time customers order this, thinking that one eel might be a bit much, but the eels from our specialty shop are not heavy and can be enjoyed lightly, so most customers choose one eel on their second visit and beyond.
Eating eel. This is the unaju that many customers envision before arriving at our restaurant. Our establishment specializes in charcoal-grilled eel, so the skin is crispy, the surface is crunchy, and the flesh has a fluffy texture. Everyone is amazed by this texture.

Special eggs exclusively for dashi rolled omelet from Kobayashi Gold Egg in Tokushima Prefecture are used. The rich flavor is characterized by egg yolks that can be picked up with chopsticks and thick egg whites that firmly hold the dashi. The eel is also cooled down and processed to remove small bones. Please enjoy it with the tsukudani of Aomi Sansho from the San Sho Honke in Takarazuka Kiyokojin.
This is a dish of chilled vegetables and eel in vinegar. Please enjoy it while waiting for your eel rice bowl to be prepared. The rich, fatty, and tender eel pairs perfectly with the crunchy texture of the cucumber. You can enjoy the contrast of flavors and textures.

The dashi for hitsumabushi is made from thick 'kashira' kelp sourced from the southern region, extracting a deep umami flavor. Additionally, we use high-quality bonito flakes processed in Shizuoka from fresh bonito caught domestically, adding a rich aroma and intense flavor. The hitsumabushi at Unachi is defined by this special dashi, which highlights the umami and aroma derived from these two carefully selected ingredients. We invite you to enjoy it at least once.
Using fragrant and smooth Kumamoto Prefecture's Ariake Sea seaweed, carefully selected condiments elevate the hitsumabushi to a more special dish.

Since I can't eat a lot, I want to eat just a little of a delicious bento. This is recommended for family meals at home.
For each order, two eels are grilled, using only the thickest part of the eel, cut into nine pieces. Note: One eel is cut into eight pieces, and the middle pieces two to six are referred to as the thick part.
