Thank you very much for visiting 'Prison R' today. We wish to deliver not just a meal, but a memorable 'experience.' For the main course, we have prepared two special female cows with different characteristics. 1. A 60-day aged T-bone steak crafted by Mr. Fukutomi, renowned for his aged meat, which is a dish exclusively available at our restaurant, pursuing the ultimate in flavor. 2. The red meat wagyu from Mr. Tominaga in Miyazaki, which is low in fat and showcases depth of flavor and a lingering finish, representing 'adult wagyu.' With each bite, a quiet joy unfolds.
The main focus is on a 'beautiful glass' that harmonizes with the cuisine. Please enjoy the scenery that unfolds beyond the glass and the thoughts of the creator with all your senses. The manager is Ryosuke Imai. He has honed his skills at Aman Kyoto, The Ritz-Carlton, and three Michelin-starred restaurants around the world, and he holds an international sommelier qualification.
