This is a full course meal using ingredients purchased from all over Japan with an emphasis on seasonal ingredients. This is our main course, a Hira-style version of the Motomachi Umebayashi course.
It is a full course meal with meat and fish dishes as the main course, featuring seasonal vegetables and fruits.
We have had many customers ask us if there is a noodle course that includes noodle dishes. We would like you to enjoy both dishes and noodle dishes, so we have decided to offer a noodle course that includes both dishes and seasonal noodle dishes at Shunyin-tei Hira. We hope you will enjoy it. This plan will be available from November 1, 2023.
Dinner only] A collaboration course of dishes loved by Motomachi Plum Grove and Kenshoku Yuna HIRA. The heart and soul of HIRA are woven into this course.
We have grilled high-quality special selected pork with a deep flavor that emphasizes the natural taste of the ingredients.
This is a tempura rice bowl topped with two plump shrimp and five seasonal vegetables.
This is a luxurious eel rice bowl made with a whole large eel from Mikawa Isshiki.
Beer, sake, shochu (rice, barley, sweet potato), whiskey, wine (white, red), plum wine, champagne, various soft drinks, fruit juices. *Some bottles and glasses are also available.
Available for 2,970 yen per person (including tax). Draft beer (Suntory The Premium Malt's Master's Dream), bottled beer (Asahi, Kirin), shochu (barley, sweet potato), sake, whiskey.
