This is a weekday-only dinner short course that concentrates the charm of our restaurant. In addition to the same dishes as the dinner course, the menu includes pasta made by "Di Martino", a long-established I.G.P. certified manufacturer in southern Italy, and a high-quality and refined amatriciana made with pancetta from Tokachi Royal Mangalica Pork. The menu includes eight dishes. (8 dishes in total). Weekday dinner time only. Not available on holidays.
