This course includes everything from appetizers to rice dishes in a kaiseki-style. The chef's recommendations and seasonal dishes of the season are served. This course is designed for those who wish to spend a leisurely time.
Our chef will use the best ingredients of the day. In winter, we often serve "Nodoguro" or "Mosaebi". In summer, rock oysters and abalone are often served. Please note that it depends on the sea conditions, so please understand in case of change.
Seafood is the main dish of this plan. We will prepare mainly seafood landed at the local Sakaiminato port. This is our most popular course.
