This is a special course that includes Ankiie's specialties such as "Beef tongue shabu shabu nabe" and popular "White miso soup with morotsu nabe", both of which have never been included in the course, roast beef of A5 rank, dashi-maki egg with boxed crab, and more! And the seating time is 3 hours!
We made a roll with pulled pork seasoned with our homemade sauce, wrapped in a thinly grilled okonomiyaki! The okonomiyaki is lightly spread with gochujang for a spicy finish. Please enjoy it with a little sesame oil♪ This is a special okonomiyaki from Ankiya that you won't find anywhere else(^^)
