When you enter the shop, you feel excited to see a variety of colorful fresh eggs lined up near the counter. The style of ordering is through a ticket vending machine, which makes the process smooth and reassuring. The freshly made tamagoyaki is well-soaked in dashi, and its fluffy texture is the best. You can enjoy it by pouring the selected free-range eggs over freshly cooked rice and changing the flavors with shirasu and tarako. The warm pudding at the end has a gentle sweetness, and you can easily finish it even after the meal. Despite being located on a quiet back street, the seats fill up quickly, and the staff's attentive service is pleasant.
