In a quiet and comfortable space, you can relax from the very beginning. The U-shaped counter allows you to see the cooking process, which is exciting. The appetizers made with ingredients from Ehime are beautifully presented, and the white sesame paste and sweet simmered dishes have a gentle flavor. The cold chawanmushi (savory egg custard) is flavorful, elegant, and easy to eat. The blanched conger eel and grilled conger eel are aromatic, firm in texture, and satisfying. The finishing touch of sea bream rice and miso soup, along with smoked Spanish mackerel and pufferfish milt sushi, are all delicious and memorable.
