Located on Koen Dori in Shibuya, 'Sky and Smoked ORION' is an adult bistro themed around the 'marriage of smoked food and alcohol.' Our signature smoked bacon steak made with Miyazaki brand pork 'Minami no Shima Buta' and smoked bonito grilled with straw using bonito from Irabu Island and Sarahamako port highlight the charm of our 'gentle smoky aroma' that brings out the flavors of the ingredients. By smoking with bagasse from Miyako Island (the residue of sugarcane), a mellow and sweet aroma spreads. The all-you-can-drink menu features a total of 34 varieties. For highballs, we offer 7 types ranging from smoky to fruity, allowing you to enjoy a diverse range of flavors. We've also renewed our menu to include craft lemon sours made with Setouchi lemons, natural wines, and tropical cocktails that evoke a sense of the tropics, creating a well-balanced selection. Thanks to the unique brewing method of the Guinness company, it produces a creamy foam with a distinctive fine texture, along with deep richness and a rich color and flavor. In our shop, we use a special surger to create that creamy foam using ultrasonic power.

The legendary Southern Island Pork has arrived in Shibuya! We have started production using the exquisite brand pork, Southern Island Pork, which is also used in Michelin-starred restaurants! Southern Island Pork is a hybrid breed of the Okinawan Agu breed and the American Duroc breed. The feed contains a large amount of sweet potato shochu residue. It has the unique sweetness of Agu, while being free of any unpleasant odor and having a light flavor, which is a major characteristic. It can be enjoyed by 2 to 3 people.
