We ask that you order one drink every 45 minutes from the time you enter the restaurant. Customers with reservations for one person may be guided to the counter seats (in a row, near the entrance) even if they wish to sit at a table.
All rice is 'pesticide-free, 7-minute polished, mixed grains blend'. This is a homemade dish made with care without using white sugar or chemical seasonings. From appetizers for alcohol to one-dish meals, they are made with love ♪

At MORIS, once a month, we source organic vegetables from Suzuki Farm in Hamamatsu City, Shizuoka Prefecture. The vegetables included are in season. We decide on the menu on the day they arrive and serve it, with a limited number of servings available until sold out. The beginning of the month is the best time to try it out!♪
