※Please order for the number of people from two servings onwards. Additional soup can be prepared for an extra +1,100. Our ginseng chicken soup has a rich history rooted in 'Hanmi Il', a Korean restaurant that has been in operation for over forty years in Osaka and operates on a reservation-only basis. The founder of Hanmi Il, and also a mother, Park Samsun, is a court chef who was the first woman to pass the first level of the national cooking skills examination in Korea. The ginseng chicken soup created by Park uses only young chickens that are suitable for this dish, and the ginseng is sourced directly from Korea. We hope you take this opportunity to taste it. We would be delighted if it suits your palate. One serving.
