The kamahan course includes a choice of three types of kamahan: tai kamahan, gamecock chicken gomoku kamahan, or iitoko-kamahan.
Using seasonal ingredients, we offer four dishes that go well with sake, changing monthly.
Sashimi and kamahan (rice cooked in a pot) will be added to the seasonal course. Please choose either the standard sea bream kamahan or firefly squid kamahan (seasonal kamahan). Kamahan will be cooked at your table. Please enjoy the aroma of the rice as it cooks.
Sashimi and Dojo Sansho Nabe are added to the seasonal course. The loach is tender to the bone and simmered in soba-tsuyu (buckwheat sauce) with plenty of green onions and shichimi sansho (seven spice). The aroma of the simmering water is a perfect accompaniment to sake. Please enjoy it with hot sake.
