The fish is very fresh, and the sashimi platter sparkles. They prepare it freshly cut on the spot and ask about your preferences with care. The first bonito tataki is full of condiments, and the ponzu sauce pairs perfectly, making it very refreshing. The miso daikon is infused with flavor all the way through, providing a comforting deliciousness. The seasonal tempura is also great, with bamboo shoots and corn that are fragrant and crispy. There are various types of sake, and the generous pouring makes me happy.
