This is a limited course sent to EatLog users, originally for membership holders only, but on limited occasions for visitors. 4:00 p.m. start time, and if you arrive late, you may have to skip one part of the meal, depending on reservations. All meats prepared in the course are grilled by our staff in full attendance style. Please enjoy Hokkaido Wagyu beef grilled to perfection by our grill master. Please note that membership is not granted for this course. Beverages must be paid separately. Service charge (10%) and consumption tax (10%) will be added. Seasonal soup, Hokkaido Wagyu melt-in-your-mouth yukke, three kinds of Hokkaido Wagyu grilled with salt (two kinds of Wagyu tongue and Wagyu halami), side dish of grilled meat accompaniments Yamagata dashi and mozuku seaweed vinegar, turnip aqua pazza, fruit and seafood kimchi, main dish Hokkaido Wagyu chateaubriand, mouthful of tofu salad with fruit and foie gras powder sauce Hokkaido Wagyu beef sirloin yakisuki or Hokkaido Wagyu filet truffle steak sandwich - Meal: Vinegared cold noodles or spiced king crab curry - Dessert: Mont Blanc with homemade gelato and caviar
