The fluffy steamed shumai bursts with the savory flavor of meat, making each bite a moment of happiness. Dipping the spring rolls in a mild black vinegar sauce enhances their aroma, making it hard to stop eating. A variety of dipping sauces and spices are available, making it very enjoyable to try different combinations. The homemade lemon sour and the chu-hai based on Chinese tea are refreshing and pair perfectly with the dim sum. The ordering style involves scanning a QR code with your smartphone, allowing you to add as much as you like at your own pace, which is very convenient. The calm atmosphere and friendly staff who readily recommend bottles of Shaoxing wine made for a very fulfilling experience.
