This is a luxurious course using carefully selected Shimonoseki torafugu.

You will enjoy the aroma of the eel and the gentle taste of the soup stock. 2】Try adding sesame, wasabi, or nori (seaweed) to the bowl for a different flavor. We have simply prepared the premium red meat of the long-finned pilot whale with excellent freshness as sashimi. Please enjoy the clear umami without any peculiarities and the rich flavor unique to red meat.
