In Kyushu, chicken is called 'kashiwa'. The 'kashiwa tempura' with a 'golden-colored batter' made with Kyushu's special fish stock is an original masterpiece. It features a crispy batter infused with broth and the tenderness of Daisen chicken breast.

Kuro Kirishima, which reproduces the flavor of the original black koji brewing with the latest equipment and our unique brewing method. The deliciousness created by black koji is characterized by a rich sweetness and a crisp finish.
Kagoshima is said to be a region of black culture. Black pork, black sugar, black vinegar, and shochu made with black koji. The unique rich aroma and sweetness of black koji linger in the mouth, making it a product that can be savored leisurely.
It has a pleasant aroma reminiscent of ginjo sake and a luxurious taste. Especially on the rocks, the balance is very good, allowing you to enjoy its richness and elegant sweetness.
Using traditional black koji for fermentation, 'Kuro Koji Shikomi Kuro Iza Nishiki' features a vibrant aroma and a rich, mellow mouthfeel. It is a product that led the current black trend.
Using naturally abundant spring water, this barley shochu inherits tradition and craftsmanship, featuring a unique floral and elegant aroma characteristic of reduced pressure distillation, along with a gentle sweetness of barley and a lingering finish that makes it a classic Oita barley shochu that never gets tiresome.
The 'Mugi Shochu Genkai' has a subtle aroma of barley, a light taste, yet it offers a deep and crisp exquisite mouthfeel.

Special honjozo brewed with water sourced from 'Mori no Mori', selected as one of Japan's top 100 famous waters. This sake, made with clear and refreshing water, offers a smooth and crisp throat feel with a sense of fullness, making it a higher-quality sake.
Located in the Noto Peninsula, Sogen Brewery is said to be the birthplace of the Noto toji, one of Japan's four great sake brewers. This junmai sake is made using 'Yamada Nishiki' rice from the special A district in Hyogo Prefecture, offering a moderate spread of rice's umami flavor. It is smooth and can be enjoyed on its own or recommended as a pairing with food.
Nanbu Bijin Junmai Ginjo sake has a gentle fruity aroma, and the umami of the rice slowly spreads in the mouth, with a soft aftertaste that gently expands. While leaving a rich flavor and a beautiful aftertaste, a clean acidity tightens the finish.
Using the underground water of Tanzawa, it has a smooth mouthfeel. It features a refreshing taste with a richness that comes later. This is a representative sake of the local Atsugi area.
One of the representative brands of Tosa, it is said that Sakamoto Ryoma also drank this sake. True to the character of Tosa sake, it is light and dry, yet has a long-lasting aftertaste that lingers.

This is the essence of Hakkaisan Brewery's sake. Although it is a regular sake, the rice used is polished down to 60%, and it is carefully brewed with low-temperature fermentation. It has a clean and refreshing taste that does not interfere with food.
Daisetsu no Kura, a local sake brewery in Asahikawa, Hokkaido, is a sake made with great care using rice and water from Hokkaido, a true 'born in Hokkaido' sake.
