In a quiet and high-quality space, you can relax in a private room. It's nice to have a restroom inside the room, allowing you to move around without worrying about being seen. First, I was excited to see the lively crabs and watch them being prepared right in front of me. The cooking methods are diverse, including sashimi, charcoal grilling, and shabu-shabu, and even the same crab takes on different expressions, each one exceptional. The smooth and creamy steamed crab egg custard, spring rolls with crab and shark fin, and the palate cleanser with crab and caviar particularly left a lasting impression. I also enjoyed the fragrant matsutake mushroom rice, and the attentive hospitality warmed my heart.
