I was invited by a friend to dinner. We had the omakase course. The kohada was very beautiful, with a beautifully cut piece of kohada on top of a slightly warm rice. It was mildly seasoned, with a subtle aroma and delicious fat that seeped out when chewed. It was a perfect match with the gentle flavor of the rice.

Michelin-acquired sushi restaurant. The service was attentive and very pleasant. All the ingredients are fresh and delicious. The neta are large and very filling.
