I entered the shop, which felt like a hidden gem a short walk from the station, with excitement. The interior was clean and had a calm atmosphere, allowing for a leisurely drink. The aroma of fish and whale being grilled over an open flame wafted over the counter, heightening my appetite with its savory scent. The dishes that were served were free of any unpleasant odors, and each item was rich in umami, making me feel happy. The selection of sake was centered around ginjo, which paired well with the food, and I found myself enjoying more cups. I could feel the attention to detail in the stylish glasses and the feel of the chopsticks, allowing me to enjoy my time until the very end.
