This sushi restaurant can almost cover its menu with only Hokkaido products. Today, all items were from Hokkaido except for the tuna (shiogama). The flow of the menu started with prawn shinjo as a side dish, followed by sashimi, grilled dish, and nigiri, with simmered dishes and steamed egg custard interspersed in between. Since I was alone at the end of the meal, I was able to eat at a very good tempo, and the owner's friendly personality made it a very enjoyable dinner. The nigiri sushi in particular is easy to eat, with good ingredients, rice rice blended with red vinegar and rice vinegar, and the nigiri is a good size and small. In particular, the hairy crab boiled in the restaurant is a dish with a very rich flavor with sweetness and deliciousness. In addition to the hairy crab, we also enjoyed the sashimi, the medium fatty tuna, the scallops, the fresh and plump button prawns, the sea urchin, and the additional fatty shime saba (mackerel).
