◆Chilled ◎ ◇A dry, high-quality, clean, smooth, and soft-flavored cold sake. It is the only junmai brewed sake among Hakkaisan's standard offerings. It is a precious sake that even the maker himself says, 'You will never get tired of drinking it; every time you drink it, you will be moved and convinced.'
◆Chilled ◎ ◆Warm ○ ◇Slightly dry with an elegant aroma and a mellow taste unique to Junmai, featuring a refreshing aftertaste. It has a pleasant mouthfeel and is a product that does not become monotonous.

This honjozo is positioned as a premium evening drinking sake, created from carefully selected high-quality sake rice, the blessings of the clear Shogawa River, and the skills of Echigo brewers, resulting in 'Ginrei Tateyama.'

●2007/France Rich fruit flavors and the fragrant aroma of elegant new oak barrels. It has a graceful and refined taste.
● Made from Nebbiolo in the full-bodied Barolo area of Italy, half is aged in large Slavonian oak barrels, and the remaining is aged in American barrels for 24 months.
●Spain / Full-bodied Columpio means 'white', hand-rolled with lower rank fermentation under controlled conditions. Aged for 1 month in French oak and American oak barrels.
●2015/100% Cabernet Sauvignon from France, aged in barrels for 6 months. It has a beautiful garnet color, a spicy aroma, and flavors of red fruits, with the barrels imparting a subtle hint of vanilla.
●2002/Features a mature aroma with a smooth flavor characteristic of Spanish berry varieties, and a long finish. Pairs well with red meat and roast beef.
●2015/France/Medium body wine known for natural grape cultivation without the use of pesticides or herbicides from Estézargue. Fruity flavors of black cherry with a robust taste.
●2014/France/Dry with a high concentration of aroma, featuring scents of grapefruit, lime, and honey, along with a mineral sensation reminiscent of licking iron.
●2015/France/Dry bright golden color, with fruity aromas of apricot, peach, and plum, and a floral scent reminiscent of roses. It has a rich fruitiness with a hint of mint and spiciness. The mouthfeel is smooth with a beautiful finish.
