Original Cold Noodle Shinkaen

Ganso Hiya-men Shinkaen is a well-known establishment as the originator of Hiroshima-style tsukemen. The black-themed exterior and clean interior create a striking impression. The soy sauce-based dipping sauce has a sesame aroma and acidity, with a balanced level of spiciness. It pairs excellently with vegetables, making it welcoming even for first-time visitors.
