[France] Variety: Chardonnay. It is quite rare to find a Chardonnay outside of Burgundy that is satisfactory, but... at this price range in Languedoc, this quality is attractive. The rich fruitiness and acidity characteristic of a 25-year-old Chardonnay are well expressed.
[Germany] Variety: Pinot Noir. A slightly dry white wine made from 100% Pinot Noir. It has a hint of black skin extract, giving it a slight orange hue. It also has a cherry-like fruitiness typical of Pinot Noir, and despite being a white wine, it has nuances reminiscent of red wine, making it a wonderfully mysterious and delicious wine.
[France] Variety: Chardonnay. A shimmering, slightly greenish lemon yellow. Rich aromas of grapefruit, white flowers, and yellow peaches. A smooth, water-like attack with a beautiful acidity reminiscent of apples and grapefruit, a hint of sweetness, a light bitterness that tightens the overall profile, and a touch of minerality. As the temperature rises, it becomes more rounded and characteristic of Chardonnay. Enjoyable both chilled and at warmer temperatures.

[France] Variety: Cabernet Sauvignon. The characteristic mint and spicy aromas of the Cabernet Sauvignon variety are distinctly felt, making it a model wine for Cabernet aromas. It has low astringency and is easy to drink. Although it is different from Bordeaux (Médoc) Cabernet, it conveys a French elegance.
[France] Variety: Syrah. Initially, it has herbal and fragrant aromas, which evolve over time into a sweet and sour profile filled with fresh grape fruit. The thick minerals provide a soft roundness in the mouth, and the refreshing acidity is very pleasant, tightening the aftertaste nicely. It is aged in new and old barrels.
[France] Variety: Merlot. It has an attractive aroma of well-ripened raspberries, vanilla, and blackcurrant, with soft fruitiness and supple tannins. It pairs well with a wide range of dishes, making it a great companion for meals. The grapes used are from vines with an average age of 40 years, located in the Saint-Émilion area. Most of it is for high-quality customers within France, and only a very small amount is imported to Japan.
