Completely pasture-raised in rich natural grasslands. 100% grass-fed. Of course, no growth hormones or drugs are used. It is a lean meat with a deep flavor of the meat itself.
This pork is raised carefully without using genetically modified feed, antibiotics, or growth hormones, resulting in healthy pigs. It is reputed to be tender, delicious, and free of any unpleasant odor.
Tender and pleasant to the palate meat. In New Zealand, the country has banned the import of meat and bone meal, and does not use genetically modified feed, producing safe and secure meat.
The fish changes daily based on the catch. We prepare fresh, natural fish delivered directly from fishermen or fishing ports, tailored to the type of fish.
