This is Wada Izumi's original soy sauce katsu don, featuring slices of Mikawa's two-source pork layered multiple times and coated in a secret soy sauce glaze. Enjoy it first as is, then with wasabi or condiments. Finally, pour some dashi over it and enjoy.
The lemons used for the lemon highball are sourced from the greengrocer 'Meisoku' within the market.
The green tea used is from the tea shop 'Osadaen' located in Yanagibashi Market. The rich Shizuoka tea, carefully brewed at the shop, combined with the refreshing shochu is perfect for fried foods.
