In addition to the raised tatami seating area, there are also counters and tables, allowing for a relaxed atmosphere. The lunch is a daily special, and as soon as you enter, they start preparing it, providing a smooth service. The chicken tempura was plump and the batter was light and crispy, making for a very satisfying taste. The simmered vegetables and the stir-fried bacon with bean sprouts had a simple deliciousness that made the rice go down easily. The small pot of duck served with grated yam and egg yolk had a good broth, and I enjoyed it all the way to the final rice porridge. The aroma of the grilled leaves was pleasant, and I could feel the care put into the rice, and the coffee after the meal was a nice touch.
