The course features seafood and seasonal vegetables as the main stars, keeping the excitement alive until the end. From the first small dish to the eight delicacies, the colorful presentation conveys the essence of the season just by looking at it. The small dish with a hint of vinegar has a subtle sweetness, making it feel almost like a dessert. The rice porridge with cod milt and the beef cheek rice served in between provide further satisfaction. I was informed about the sake that pairs well with the dishes, allowing me to enjoy a broader range of flavors. Thanks to the meticulous craftsmanship that shines in each dish, the happy aftertaste lingers even after the meal.
