The image of the sake's quality is 'refreshing'. It is set as a moderate type that does not lean towards sweetness, spiciness, or richness. We believe it can flexibly accommodate a wide range of consumer preferences and pair well with various dishes. Of course, it can be enjoyed both chilled and warmed, but it is recommended to drink it warm during the autumn to winter season. It pairs well with a wide variety of dishes, especially those that have a slight sweetness or acidity. 1 cup 350 yen, 2 cups 600 yen.
This is a special honjozo sake carefully brewed using the traditional technique of 'kimoto' without the addition of lactic acid, under the guidance of the Tanba toji 'Kiyotake Kojima' during the severe winter months at Kiku Masamune's Kahō Warehouse, where traditional sake brewing still thrives. With a rich and full-bodied flavor, complemented by an exceptional crispness, this premium dry sake truly embodies the essence of Nada's main stream. We invite you to enjoy its exquisite taste either at room temperature or warmed. 1 go 380 yen, 2 go 700 yen.
