You can relax very much in the elegant atmosphere of the restaurant. The sushi and appetizers prepared by the female chef are all meticulous and have a pleasant texture. Various dishes are served in a course, and you can enjoy a wide variety of drinks. The signature sea urchin, crab, and salmon roe parfait is exciting just to look at, and brings happiness with every bite. The chawanmushi with the aroma of sakura shrimp, as well as the sweet shrimp, scallops, and horse mackerel, were also impressive. The staff is easy to talk to, and you can spend time comfortably in a spacious seat.
