The main dish is "roast pork," a hearty chunk of meat slow-roasted and served with an assortment of appetizers and seasonal rice cooked in an earthenware pot.
Roast pork in 1kg chunks is available upon advance reservation. The overwhelming volume of this dish will make your beer or wine go down a gulp! We can also provide anniversary-specific items (with candles and message plates) upon request. Recommended points: The pork chunk is tenderized (a method of processing meat by cutting the muscle and fibers with needle-like blades to make it soft). It is marinated in our homemade sauce for over 12 hours. After that, it is slowly cooked at low temperature. (This method allows the meat to be soft and juicy, trapping the umami flavor.) Just before serving, the surface of the meat is seared at high temperature to create a fragrant finish. Enjoy it with plenty of roasted vegetables. Due to sourcing and preparation, reservations must be made at least two days in advance. Perfect for anniversaries and celebrations! We can also provide a message card and candles. *If you can't finish it, you can take it home, so please try this impressive dish!
