A dish that takes two days to prepare. The flavors of vegetables simmered for two days, such as broth and consomme, are concentrated. It uses onions from Awaji, making it a dish that even those who are not fond of it can enjoy.
This dish uses Wagyu brisket and is slowly simmered over time. It is rich in flavor due to the generous use of red wine. It is a dish that can also be enjoyed as part of a course meal.
We generously use two types of cheese: Swiss Gruyere and French Emmental. Please enjoy the aroma of Gruyere and the excellent stretch of Emmental cheese! It comes with a baguette, French fries, and vegetables, so feel free to dip your favorite ingredients into the cheese and enjoy!
