Upon entering, I am excited to see a large aquarium and a decorative portable shrine displayed in a case. The chef behind the counter greets me cheerfully, creating a bright atmosphere. The fish caught by the chef swimming in the tank and the fresh ingredients sourced from Tsukiji are very fresh, and both the sashimi and nigiri are satisfying. The rice bowl comes with a small bowl of soup and chawanmushi, all of which have a careful flavor. The chirashi sushi and tekka don have a good harmony with the vinegared rice, and both the tuna and squid have a smooth texture that brings happiness. The soup with green onion and the small dishes are also delicious, and the conversation with the chef is enjoyable.
