The aroma of spices wafted from the entrance, heightening my expectations. The interior consists of a long, narrow counter, with an American casual style and soft lighting that is very stylish. The visually beautiful curry served with two types is rich in spices and has a strong umami flavor. The tender pork and melt-in-your-mouth chicken each have their own character, and both pair well with the firmness of the rice. With a variety of colorful vegetables served alongside, the dish provides a satisfying experience. When paired with a cardamom sour, the refreshing aroma layered beautifully, making it enjoyable to eat until the end.

Once inside, a stylish American casual space unfolds, and the cozy feel of just a counter brings a sense of calm. This time, I ordered a combination dish, and both the tender pork and the rich keema showcased their unique characteristics. The complex use of spices, which has been carefully crafted, gradually spreads in the mouth, providing a high level of satisfaction even with a moderate spiciness. The balance between the rice and the sauce is just right, and the colorful appearance makes you want to take a photo. By the time I finished one plate, both my stomach and heart were satisfied, and I felt it was a place that spice lovers would absolutely adore.
