You can easily enter alone and will be guided to a seat right away. You can sit comfortably in a tatami room with a sunken hearth, and the style is to grill on a tabletop roaster. You can choose from the menu on a tablet, and enjoy grilling items like a three-meat platter of beef and thick-cut beef tongue steak. There are also assortments of Miyazaki beef and wagyu heart, allowing you to savor the different flavors of each cut. Wrapping the grilled meat in lettuce and pairing it with salt sauce or spicy miso enhances the richness of the fat. The heat can be adjusted, so if you warm it up properly before grilling, you can enjoy it deliciously until the end with beef tendon stew, kimchi, and cabbage.
