This is a calm atmosphere shop located close to the station, in the basement. The broth of the motsunabe (beef tripe hot pot) is rich in flavor, and the chewy tripe pairs well with the vegetables. When you add thin noodles at the end, they absorb the richness of the vegetables and tripe, becoming creamy and delicious. The iron plate's thin omelet has a soy sauce aroma that whets the appetite, and its crispy surface makes it enjoyable to eat. The grilled chicken neck and yakisoba (fried noodles) are also satisfying, with a sweet and spicy seasoning that makes you want to keep eating. The staff is cheerful, creating a comfortable atmosphere that encourages lively conversation.
