The dashi broth is very popular! Shabu-shabu is served in our popular soup stock, which is a combination of "beef tail," "Rishiri kelp," and "honkare shavings of bonito. Finish with Untoni Beef and Ochazuke (rice with green tea) in this broth. We generally serve Matsusaka beef, but if it is not available, we will prepare A5 Japanese black beef.
Iyo Imo Pork served with Japanese soup Pork shabu-shabu is a dish that is thoroughly calculated from the compatibility of the pork and the sauce, to the thickness of the pork, and even the condiments. This is a dish that maximizes the flavor of our most popular "Iyo Imo Pork".

A special lunch-only kaiseki meal. +Ume gohan can be changed to Matsutake gohan for +500 yen!
A lunch bento that looks like a Shokado bento stacked vertically. Since there are only three of these bowls available, we have limited the number to three, but if you would like to make it into a Shokado bento, we can accommodate you. However, it is possible to make it into a Shokado bento. The appearance will change.
The number of items and ingredients will vary depending on the price. Thank you for your cooperation.

We purchase and prepare dishes only for customers with reservations. Please make reservations at least 2 days in advance (3 days in advance gives you a wider range of dishes to choose from) to allow for market holidays. If there are other reservations and ingredients are available, we may be able to accept your request on the same day. In this case, we will not be able to accept your request for dishes.

There are two types of original sake, the usual ones.
We will prepare a selection of recommendations in small portions. Starting from 4000 yen.
We will respond to your requests as much as possible.
We offer sushi starting from 3000 yen per set. We also make anago (conger eel) nigiri for 2500 yen and negitoro (minced tuna with green onion) maki for 1000 yen, among others.
This is the 'sauce' that we serve as a dipping sauce for pork shabu. It can be widely used for noodle dipping sauce, hot pot broth, simmered dishes, and more. Each is 500 yen.
High-quality soft jako has been simmered with sansho. It is perfect as a side dish for rice.
