A lively tavern to enjoy authentic flavors

Nishikichiyaki is a warm and inviting izakaya cherished by locals as an 'adult's tavern.' The dishes are fresh, with the sanma sashimi and basashi being particularly well-regarded. With a business style that allows for enjoyment from the daytime, it's a great spot to relax and savor time with friends.

This is a place where you can enjoy alcohol from the afternoon, and as soon as you enter, you can feel the lively atmosphere typical of a public tavern. The cheerful greetings from the staff are pleasant, and the moment you take your seat, your mood lifts. The smoked pickled daikon potato salad has a fragrant aroma and a rich creaminess, making it perfect for the first dish. The charcoal-grilled local chicken, cooked to medium-rare, has a pronounced sweetness, and the flavor expands with each bite. The meat tofu soaked in a sweet and spicy broth, along with the deep-fried tofu topped with garlic mayo and cheese, are also excellent snacks. As I enjoyed fresh horse sashimi and bonito with sake, I found myself so satisfied that I lost track of time.
