A Japanese restaurant where you can enjoy fresh seafood and carefully crafted dishes

Tsukasaya is located in the suburbs of Toyohashi and offers a delightful selection of fresh local fish and meticulously prepared dishes. The seafood bowls and a variety of a la carte items are made with fish sourced directly from Maibara Fishing Port. The deliciousness of their fried dishes particularly surprises many visitors. It's a wonderful place to spend a pleasant time with carefully selected sake in a warm atmosphere.

There is a variety of fresh fish available, making it fun to choose. The limited set meal includes sashimi, fried fish, simmered or grilled fish, a small side dish, rice, and miso soup, making it quite fulfilling. The sashimi is very fresh, and each piece spreads its delicious flavor immediately. The simmered mackerel is plump, and the sauce that has been added over time seeps in beautifully, making it the best. The freshly fried white fish has a light, crispy batter, and the thick fillet provides a satisfying experience. You can choose between white rice or corn rice, and it’s comforting to enjoy it with the gently flavored miso soup.
