It was a crowded Saturday, so some part of it was inevitable, but the meat I ordered did not appear for almost 30 minutes after I was seated. When I mentioned this, a robot brought it to me a short while later. I think it is basic for the staff to bring it directly to you with an apology in such a case. Overall, the staff was not very attentive. It was a shame because I used to like this restaurant quite a bit.
