The lineup includes three kinds of today's appetizers, vegetables, Agu pork ball with Agu pork tenderloin, 80g of Agu pork belly, 80g of specially selected Wagyu beef sirloin, and today's dessert, Zosui or Okinawa soba noodles. The specially selected Wagyu sirloin is a beautifully sinewy meat, full of flavor and delicious! The flavor will be doubled if you lightly dip it in Miyakojima snow salt. Three kinds of today's appetizers, vegetables, Agu pork ball, Agu pork belly, 80g, special Wagyu beef sirloin, 80g, rice porridge or Okinawan soba noodles, and today's dessert.
This shabu-shabu course uses an abundance of specially selected Wagyu sirloin. The beef sirloin, characterized by its beautiful sinew, is not fatty and can be eaten easily.
