I was happy that they made a platter of kimchi when I asked. The refreshing spiciness is pleasant. It's fun to wrap it with leafy greens, miso, and gochujang, and the variation in flavors is great. They take pride in their green onion salt, and the green onion salt tongue and green onion salt short ribs were fragrant and satisfying. Especially the tongue, when lightly grilled on one side, really stands out in flavor. The offal, tripe, and beef stomach all had great textures, and the cold noodles we had at the end were elegant and went down smoothly.
