It is a ramen dish in the style of kamatama udon, using eggs certified by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries and soy sauce with dashi from Sanuki. It is said that you can enjoy four different flavors of 'Kamatama Ramen'. First, eat it as it is, then add toppings to eat it in a carbonara style. Additionally, you can sprinkle sudachi on it or add chicken white broth soup to eat it in different ways.
