Good thick soup!
This ramen and tsukemen restaurant opened around last fall and has quickly gained popularity.
I have been coming here since its opening, and I really recommend the tsukemen☆.
The soup is a bit rich, but it is not too rich.
It is a bit rich, but the fish and sea soup is not too sticky, so it seems to be popular among women as well.
The tsukemen (dipping noodles), in particular, is a perfect harmony of noodles and thick soup.
The noodles are firm and not too thin or too thick, so they go down smoothly!
What's more, it is not only the taste that makes this place special, but also the staff.
The manager, of course, and the waitstaff are very GOOD!
When the restaurant first opened, they would explain about the soup and talk about many other things.
Nowadays it is very popular and there are many people, so it is rare to talk with them slowly, but even if it is crowded, they are considerate to those who are waiting and give advice on how to eat.
I think that in a restaurant, not only the taste but also the customer service is the most important thing.
The more popular a restaurant becomes, the worse the attitude of the waiters becomes, but that is really not the case here.
This is truly the most recommended ramen and tsukemen restaurant!
Delicious!
It's a royal road! I finally made it to the rumored Fuunji. I was able to get in in about 15 minutes. I was a little worried that the line would be longer. I was a little worried that the line would be longer, but since it was a weekday evening, I was able to get in early. I like medium thickness tsukemen the best! The soup is seafood-based! That's right. It's a strike. If only there was a tsukemen restaurant like this in Yamaguchi, I would go there every week... I have decided to make it a regular stop when I come to Tokyo! The hotel is in Washington every time I visit, so it's nice that it's within walking distance! The only problem is that there is only a counter, but there are customers right behind you. The only problem is that there is only a counter, but there are customers right behind you in line. This is the reason why the atmosphere is 3 stars. I feel like I'm being rushed. If you concentrate on eating, you don't mind. I am of the opinion that the situation is important for good food, so I would like to see the restaurant improve on that. I would like you to improve on that.
Stable soup thickness
Noodles sticky and delicious
The line always extends to the park outside the restaurant, but luckily we entered the restaurant without waiting in line!
I want to go back in about 3 months!
Good job☆★Fuunji(^-^)
I went to Fouunji, which I had been curious about because of the large number of word-of-mouth reviews.
I thought it would be OK if I shifted the time to weekday afternoon when businessmen take a break. I believed in miracles, but the line was full.
I thought it was proof of the restaurant's popularity, so I edited my food log and waited in line leisurely for 20 minutes before I could enter the restaurant! But there were about 10 people in line inside the restaurant as well.
However, the manager's instructions to the customers were excellent, and after entering the restaurant, the line was cleared smoothly, and finally it was my turn...
It seems that most people eat tsukemen, but since it was cold, I ordered the special ramen (1,050 yen)!
The ramen was brought to me by a girl waitress, but I was lucky enough to have my ramen placed by the famous manager himself, which made me feel a little lucky.
The special ramen had a rich seafood and chicken soup, and the noodles were thinner, stickier and firmer than the tsukemen noodles that the person next to me was eating.
The noodles were thinner and stickier than the tsukemen noodles that the person next to me was eating. Menma. Green onion. I wanted to enjoy the various flavors and eat it slowly, but there were many people waiting behind me and I felt bad, so I ate it quickly and left!
I want to go back to eat tsukemen more slowly next time!
It was delicious!
Thank you for the food!
