You can relax in the buffet located inside the hotel. There are many side dishes rich in vegetables, allowing you to enjoy both Japanese and Western flavors. Several soups and rice dishes are also available, making the combinations enjoyable. Drinks and desserts are free to refill, ensuring satisfaction until the end. There are smaller plates for serving, which is nice as you can taste a variety of dishes little by little. I also found menus using Kaga vegetables, allowing me to fully enjoy the local flavors.
