Enjoy "kushiyaki" skewers of our brand-name and locally-raised chickens. This recommended course is filled with Toriishi's specialties. You can enjoy a total of 11 dishes including "Assorted Sashimi" and "Fried Chicken," and the contents are substantial. The "whole roasted chicken" is perfect for celebrations, farewell parties, and other banquets where the main guest is the guest of honor.
A variety of Toriiushi's specialties! This is a value-priced course that includes all-you-can-drink for 120 minutes (L.O. 30 minutes before) for an unbeatable 3,500 yen! The wide range of options, from casual gatherings with friends to company banquets, makes it a popular choice.
A choice of recommended chicken parts from among Tori-ishi's brand-name chicken parts! This is a slightly luxurious banquet course that allows you to enjoy carefully selected skewers, sashimi, tataki, and yukke. You can also enjoy oven-roasted whole young chicken and Wagyu beef sirloin! The drink buffet lasts a generous 120 minutes, and the seating area is a full 180 minutes!
This is a nabe banquet course only available at this time of the year, where you can enjoy the deliciousness of Torii's chicken by choosing one of three types of nabe dishes: Mizutaki, Chicken Sukiyaki, and Duck Haribari Nabe. In addition to the nabe, you can also enjoy assorted chicken sashimi, specialty skewers, and fried chicken thighs, and 120 minutes (L.O. 30 minutes before) of all-you-can-drink service.
Won first place at the Tenma Tenjin food walking bar event 'Isshoku Soku Hatsubai PREMIUM 2014'! It was awarded the gold prize! What we served at that bar event was this 'Grilled Chicken Thigh'. By grilling a whole chicken thigh, it becomes juicy. Enjoy it with our proud sauce. It pairs perfectly with draft beer.
Chicken skin is often eaten with salt, but it actually pairs well with sauce. Especially with the sweet special sauce from Toriishi. However, the fat makes it difficult for the sauce to adhere. Therefore, Toriishi applies its unique skewering technique, grilling and resting it for 3 days (after 3 days, it shrinks to about half its size), thoroughly aging the umami of the chicken skin and the special sauce.
There are preferences for how to eat yakitori, but it is not the case that all yakitori must be eaten with salt. In particular, the tare from Toriishi absolutely pairs well with chicken. Based on the experience I have cultivated so far, I decide whether to use tare or salt grilling for each part. For the first skewer of each part, please let us grill it for you.

Using the skill of selecting chickens and the technique of butchering whole chickens, we create sashimi with rich umami and no unpleasant odor. This is a masterpiece that embodies the pride of Kashiwaya.
A whole young chicken roasted in the oven, this 'Whole Roasted Chicken' captures the delicious flavor and juices of the chicken. It is a tasty and celebratory dish, cut into larger pieces while still on the bone.
