This is a 100% barley shochu made using handmade koji and carefully selected barley, finished with a light flavor through vacuum distillation, highlighting the light mouthfeel characteristic of barley.
The transparent flavor creates a gentle mouthfeel, giving a sense of 'I could keep drinking this forever.' This might be a result of the delicate craftsmanship unique to a female toji (master brewer).
