It is a slightly hard-to-find place, but it has an old-fashioned atmosphere that is calming. Inside the store, the focus is on tables, and you can see the noodle-making process, which is exciting. The extremely thin soba slides smoothly down the throat, has just the right amount of chewiness, and is delicious. The dipping sauce has a fragrant broth, and when diluted with soba water, it can be enjoyed pleasantly even in the aftertaste. The sauce for the rice bowls is sharp, with no off-flavors, providing a sense of satisfaction. The warm hospitality of the staff, along with the initial tea and timely water service, left a lasting impression.
