The course offers a variety of unique meat dishes such as the famous Wagyu beef mille-feuille, four grilled dishes including Kareri-aged beef tongue, two types of Wagyu sushi, three types of sashimi from the internal organs of Kobukuro, Senmai, and Mino, and the unique beef dish by the owner, a Szechuan chef, Mapo beef with Hanyuan pepper.
